This modern, self-catering holiday villa is located on the sunny Greek island of Tinos. It is situated in the tiny Cycladic village of Venardados, a turn just before the village of Pyrgos and not far from the beaches of Panormos. Venardados is amphitheatrically built on a hillside, with old traditional houses, fountains and a well. Be(r)nardo, an old lord, gave its name to the medieval village. Venardados is within walking distance of Pyrgos (restaurants, all-day bars, grocery, pharmacy, museums) and also within only a short drive of great beaches and tavernas. The sitting area leads to a huge veranda where you have panoramic views of the stable-cellars, the footpaths and the pigeon house of the region. An artistic outside marble dining table is ready for the most memorable dinners. The three patios are ideal for mornings and evening. The white house is clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. It is covered with white marble floors and has a large living room, three bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably sleeps six people: two of the three bedrooms are furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the third has two 90 x 200 cm single beds. As you pass through the entrance of the villa you enter to the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including oven with stove top burners, large refrigerator, dish washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, skillets, water filter pitcher, starter pack of coffee, sugar and a large dining table. The generously laid out living room of the villa has a comfortable sitting corner with a rustic sofa, a flatscreen TV and a marble fireplace in case you visit the villa in the winter. It is decorated with local paintings and art objects. A walk in shower serves the living area. Marble stairs lead from the living room up on the upper floor which includes three spacious bedrooms with their own individual terraces, a comfortable bathroom and a storeroom. One bathroom has a batht tub and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Both have was basins, a toilet, a hair dryer, bath towels, shampoo and body wash . Smart-TV, cable, Wi-Fi, heating, radio, books, board games and playing cards, a vacuum cleaner, ceiling fans and ironing board are all included. This villa is wonderful for families, friendly couples or small group of friends traveling together who want to enjoy living at a peaceful Cycladic village.
