The location alone is reason enough to choose this lovely holiday home as the base for your next holiday. The house is situated peacefully on the closed Bjergehusvej at the edge of Vejlby Klit, and both from the living room and the terrace, you can enjoy the most fantastic view over the open landscape with Ferring Lake, the dunes, and even Bovbjerg Lighthouse in the distance.

Welcome inside
The spectacular natural surroundings are just one of many reasons to spend your days here at the holiday home, as it is a charming and well-appointed property with a bright and inviting atmosphere. You and your loved ones will have 110 m² to spread out in, making it easy to accommodate up to eight people indoors. One of the four bedrooms is in the annex, making it an ideal spot for teenagers or grandparents who might appreciate a little extra peace and quiet. A large bathroom is included in the layout, and the kitchen and living room are combined, so cooking, board games, movie nights, and cosy moments by the wood-burning stove can all take place here. No matter what you are doing, the large windows ensure you have a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding landscape – it’s simply a wonderful place to be!

Enjoy life outside
Extending from the living room is a south-facing terrace, where the glass enclosure allows you to sit sheltered from the wind while still enjoying an uninterrupted view of Ferring Lake, the green meadows, and the distant dunes. You’ll also find another terrace area on the east side of the house, which is directly accessible from two of the bedrooms as well as the annex – a perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee while listening to the first songs of the birds. For the children, there is a swing set, and the lawn invites lively games and family fun if everyone wants to get active and enjoy time together.

Get up close to the local attractions
If the beautiful view inspires you to explore Ferring Lake more closely, you can easily reach it via the area's footpaths and gravel roads. If you want to walk or cycle around the entire lake, it’s just under 10 kilometers. On the west side of the lake, you find yourself on a narrow strip of land right next to the North Sea, while on the east side, you’ll travel through a hilly glacial landscape. From the holiday home, you also have easy access to Vejlby Klit's wonderful beach, perfect for swimming, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing on a beach blanket – and it only takes about ten minutes on foot to reach Vejlby Klit's central square, where you’ll find a grocery store, restaurant, and a cosy holiday atmosphere during the high season.

Remember, you can always borrow pull carts, highchairs, and cots from us at Vejlby Klit. You can pick them up directly from the office and return them to us once your holiday is over.
