Built on a small hill, in a 4.000 sq² totally secluded area, Villa Artemis boasts magnificent,uninterrupted, panoramic views to the traditional village of Koskinou, the endless blue of the Aegean sea and the green landscape of the surrounding hills.
Grand Masters Palace is only 10 minutes away (5 klm) and The famous ‘Terme di Kallithea’, a truly breathtaking monument of the multicultural character of Rhodes and its crystal clear bay is only a 5 minute drive away. 5 more minutes away is the popular hot spot, Faliraki, with lots of beach bars, water sports, restaurants as well as peaceful bays.

The interior of the villa is elegant as well as functional, with a contemporary classic design and consists of five levels, with large basement space.
The front door opens on to a living room with a cozy fire place, satelite plasma TV, dvd player, four large leather sofas with cushions, a 12 seat dining area, an open plan living room with access to all the terraces offering a stunning view to the blue sea, to the south, and the surrounding green hills and the picturesque traditional village to the north. Entrances from the hall and dining area lead into a fully equipped kitchen with electric Stove, microwave, a large fridge with freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, Coffee maker, toaster,dishwasher, Dishes, cutlery and Tableware. A WC is also located in the hall. Living room is eqquiped with a large ac unit.
Up the stairs from the entrance hall are 2 double bedrooms with large, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, double bed (1.80m wide) , desk with plasma TV,internet access and large balconies. A separate bathroom, made out of high quality marble, services both bedrooms eqquiped with toilet, bathtub with shower over.
The master suite is a few steps further up where you will find a tasteful large bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and luxurious bathroom with two washbasins, jakuzzi, mosaic tiles and deluxe marble floor. A small bedroom with 2 single beds is also located on this level.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are situated down a few steps from the entrance hall and are furnished as the other 2 double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, double bed, desks with Plasma TV and internet access. A separate bathroom services both bedrooms with a WC, bathtub with shower over.
All rooms have access to large balconies with a relaxing sea view which will make every moment of your summer holiday unforgettable.
Following on down from the 4th and 5th bedrooms is a great semi basement space with a table tennis and a selection of gym equipment. A second, fully equipped kitchen, iron board, washing machine and a dryer are also available on the basement.
