This beautiful house has a private salt pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth that varies between 1.3m and 1.8m, where you can relax in the 6 hammocks that surround the pool. A furnished porch overlooking the pool invites you to celebrate evenings with your family. The house is independent and has partial privacy. The two-story, 110m2 house has two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, each of the rooms has a furnished terrace. For our smallest guests we will prepare a crib and a high chair. This beautiful house has two bathrooms, a bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor and another bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor. Three fans complete the equipment. In the spacious kitchen-dining room, with ceramic hob, you have all the necessary utensils to cook with your entire family. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the cozy living room, you can watch satellite television or relax on the sofa. The Maria de la Salut area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in María de la Salut: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. In just 15 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and CaâEURO™n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.
