A small terrace invites you to have a coffee in the morning, contemplating the first rays of sun. In the cozy living-dining room you can take a nap or have long meals with the family. The kitchen has everything to prepare your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, invite you to rest. A bathroom with shower serves the apartment. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair. Three fans and an electric radiator complete the equipment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. Ideal for lovers of the sun and the sea, Playa de Xeraco is a beautiful place to see sunrises and sunsets. Some beach bars invite you to have a drink on the beach. In Xeraco there are bars, restaurants with Mediterranean and international cuisine as well as shops. Other places of interest are the Church of the Encarnación and the Hermitage of Cristo de la Agonía, both in the historic center and the Guaita Defense Tower next to the Vaca River. In the middle of the month of January, the popular festivals of Sant Antonio Abad are celebrated and in June, Sant Antonio de Pádua, at the same time the patron saint of Xeraco, is celebrated. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
