Don't think about it anymore! This charming house is ideal for families with children or for groups of friends, it is modern, spacious and has excellent views of the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The house has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with a trundle and capacity for 2 people. One of the rooms with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a small dressing room. All rooms have windows and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a bathtub and en suite and the other with a shower. The living room, in the same space as the dining room and the kitchen, has two comfortable sofas where you can rest, watch satellite television or browse the Internet. The dining room has a table with capacity for up to 8 people so you can organize lunches and dinners with friends and family. Both the living room and dining room, in the same space, have air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and very comfortable, it has a bar with stools, it also has direct access to the terrace, it has everything you need so that you can cook comfortably; refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Italian coffee maker, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, mixer, kettle and all the necessary utensils such as a pot battery, cutlery, crockery, etc. Obviously the house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The exterior of the house is perfect, it has a private terrace of about 32m2 with sea views, equipped with a table and six chairs and with sea views. It also has a shared garden that has grass and a terrace on the ground floor where the barbecue is and you can enjoy grilled dinners. The house is in a perfect location, just 50 meters from the magnificent and crystalline beach of Puerto de ALcudia. And that everything you need is accessible on foot; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants, for all tastes; fresh fish, good meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and typical Mallorcan cuisine. If you just want to kill your hunger, go to one of the many cafes and bars in the area. There are also many shops, apart from clothing, shoe and souvenir shops there are also supermarkets and grocery stores. The nearest large supermarket is on the road from Puerto de Alcúdia towards the town of Alcúdia, near a gas station. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets is worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls that surround the city. Inside there are plenty of bars and restaurants to stop for a while and have a drink. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town transforms into a bustling place full of life. Don't forget to visit the Roman ruins, highly recommended. By car or bus you can very easily reach other areas such as Playa de Muro, CaâEURO™n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente is also worth it. The town of Pollença and its small church at the top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half-day excursion. To climb the calvari you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps, but the views are well worth it! Don't go on vacation just anywhere – make your vacation an unforgettable experience!
