The exteriors of this house invite you to enjoy the good weather to the fullest. The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find sun loungers for sunbathing, a shower to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grass area for the little ones in the house to run around. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors. The single-story house offers a cozy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, satellite TV, fireplace and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. They all have AC. There is another bathroom with a shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby. This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica. They have all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in Portocristo, where you also cannot miss visiting the mythical Cuevas del Drach. The air conditioning/heat pump is coin operated. The energy comes from solar panels. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
