This fantastic apartment is located on the first floor (without elevator) of a family apartment complex. The terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast, accompanied by beautiful views of the pine forest in front, or to have lunch or dinner outdoors after enjoying a great day among crystal clear waters. And just by going outside you can see the sea and step on its shore in just 80 meters or steps! Inside the apartment you will find a spacious, modern and beautiful room, with air conditioning, which combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Here you can prepare good dishes on the ceramic hob, eat all together and relax on the sofa watching TV-SAT. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Only the double room has air conditioning. There is a cot and a high chair for a baby. The bathroom in the house has a bathtub. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation is located near the small coastal town of Porto Petro (SantanyÃ). Specifically, it is located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for lovers of paradisiacal beaches. In fact, you can walk to 5 beautiful virgin beaches, the first just 80 meters away, and the Mondragó Natural Park. The Cala d'Or golf course is less than 9 km away.
