The single-story house is surrounded by trees and has wonderful views of the countryside. On the front porch you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or have an afternoon coffee. The private chlorine pool with a size of 8m x 4m and a depth of between 1.4m to 1.7m is ideal for a refreshing dip. Upstairs, the terrace not only offers unobstructed views, but also four sun loungers for sunbathing. On clear days you can even see the Bay of Alcúdia! The plot is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy as there are no neighbors next door. The porch gives access to the living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite television. The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms have two single beds each, air conditioning and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib and a high chair. Surrounded by a field of almond trees, the property is just 5 kilometers from the northern coast and the fine beach of Can Picafort. This long beach is not only wonderful for families with children, but also for lovers of water sports. In Can Picafort there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants of all kinds – in short everything you need for your stay. Mallorca offers much more than sea and beach, and for this reason, we recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia, the S'Albufera Natural Park, the Campanet Caves or the Formentor Lighthouse. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
