The outdoor spaces are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquility that the countryside offers and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and some sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The pool is chlorine and has dimensions of 11 x 5 m and a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of grass, decorated with plants and trees, which becomes the perfect place especially for children to run around non-stop. There is a chicken coop with chickens where they will have complete freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the field to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy. This large three-story house has a large living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to its white tone and its details in blue colors that are reminiscent of the sea. Here you will want to take some time to relax and calm down while watching satellite television. The kitchen follows this same style and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook without problems, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, among other things. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five rooms in total. On this same floor, we find one of them with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower cabin, both with hydromassage. In addition, a toilet with a sink completes this ground floor. Going up the stairs we have the four remaining rooms, which have two single beds each. Three of them have a closet, three have A/C and two offer direct access to a wonderful terrace. Furthermore, for every two rooms there is a shared en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a crib and a high chair for a baby, as well as oil central heating throughout the house for winter stays. The property is located between Las Salinas and Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you will find a beautiful sandy beach. A couple of kilometers further, you will reach the famous and paradisiacal beach of Es Trenc, ideal for spending the whole day. If you feel like it another day, you can take a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, visit the salt mine where salt is separated from sea water, and eat in a good restaurant, among many other things. This area puts at your disposal all the necessary services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafes and more. And before leaving, it is mandatory to get to know the city of Palma, with its central cobblestone streets full of life and shops, and its legendary cathedral. Your pets can stay as long as they do not enter the house, as this is prohibited. There is a space for pets outside. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
